Everything Under the Roof

Everything Under the Roof, LLC is a residential remodeling and maintenance company on the Connecticut shoreline, started in 2006 by the husband and wife team of Kim and Jay Spanier.  At work we are a husband and wife team, but at home we are mom and dad, so we truly understand the importance of keeping your project orderly, on time, and on budget - all while keeping your family (including your pets) safe.  

Everything Under the Roof is an interior, residential construction company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, attics, home office suites and master bedroom suites.
