Everyday Embodiment with Dayana

Practical somatic awareness for more steadiness, ease, and choice in a changing world—with Dayana Pereira.

Welcome to Everyday Embodiment with Dayana. I'm Dayana Pereira, a somatic educator, Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner and Reiki Master. Here we explore gentle movement, body awareness, and practical ways to meet everyday life with more ease and choice.

EMBODYING THIS MOMENT is my weekly current-events series. Each episode explores one real event, how it lands in the body, the stories we make from it, and ways to stay curious and grounded as the world changes. New episodes every week.

Start with a somatic practice, then return to notice what you discover.
