Eva Sefcova

Welcome! I'm so excited you stopped by and viewed my YT channel. My name is Eva Sefcova and I am a Holistic Health Coach. I help busy women just like you, to achieve an optimal health naturally.

If you want to perform at your best, living a whole, healthy life is not optional. It‘s ESSENTIAL. Our bodies were made to thrive. Most of us were just never taught how to cultivate an environment for that to happen.

I believe every woman should be proud of their natural body and who they are at their core. Our individuality is our strength. Yet most often what sets us apart is also the same area we identify our own flaws – rather than our opportunities.

The truth is that there actually is a proven formula to achieve optimal health. But comparison forces us into unhealthy habits that produce unsustainable results, and we focus on the symptoms rather than the root cause.

This work is an invitation for you to dive below the surface, harness your unseen potential, and return to self.
