ethosteleos - Jake Botticello

I'm Jake Botticello. I build production AI systems, direct coding agents, and spend a fair amount of time asking why a process works the way it does.

This is the video side of ethosteleos.dev: talks, system walkthroughs, and the reasoning behind the work. That can mean a conversational agent running the front door of a business, the structure that keeps a team of coding agents working together, or an experiment from the workshop.

I own architecture, customer discovery, delivery, and the result. Claude Code and Codex write the code under my direction. I'm interested in how the whole thing works, what it takes to run it, and what I learn when it doesn't behave as expected.
