Welcome to Eterna Pilates — a private Pilates studio in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove, operated and cared for by Alejandra Guevara.

I'm a Balanced Body Reformer certified, University of Miami Pilates Instructor, and author of "The Little Book of Empathy". I specialize in personalized reformer Pilates for anybody who want functional strength, better movement, and lasting vitality.

Eterna offers private (1:1) and semi-private (1:2) sessions by appointment only. What you'll find here are glimpses into the work I do — mat flows, movement foundations, and the why behind the practice.
