Essjay Hartshorn

I am Essjay Hartshorn – an award-winning beauty business coach, multi-entrepreneur, and business strategist with over 2 decades in the beauty industry. As a proud single mum of two, I’ve built a career on resilience, reinvention, and a passion for empowering women to break free from burnout and step into their true worth.

They call me "the machine" because I don’t stop. When 2020 changed everything, I pivoted from serving clients to coaching beauty entrepreneurs, proving that success isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter. I help beauty pros transition from time-for-money services to becoming sought-after experts with sustainable, profitable businesses.

I’m also the founder of an eco-friendly makeup line, blending my love for beauty with sustainability. My coaching combines strategy, mindset shifts, and life coaching magic to help you overcome obstacles and take bold action. If you’re ready to create freedom and success, let’s do this!
