Erg Metronome

Row along to the beat. Each Erg Metronome video holds one stroke rate for a set time, with an on-screen metronome, a stroke count and music made to the rate. No pace, no watts, no heart-rate targets: just rhythm and time.

Start on stroke 1, match the marker (drive as it moves to the finish, recover as it slides back) and check your stroke count at the end.

The full library opens on 16 November 2026: steady rows from 18 to 24 SPM, 5 to 30 minutes, warm-ups, intervals, tick-only versions to play your own music over, and a 4-Week Rowing Plan. After that, new sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am UK time, including rate ladders and SkiErg.

Works on any indoor rower, including a Concept2 RowErg. New to exercise? Check with a doctor first.
