Encapsulated Pour-over Coffee

This channel sets out to explain everything about the easiest way to get consistently great pour-over coffee – the Encapsulated Pour-Over (EPO) method.

In our main playlist we explain what the EPO method is and how it differs from other traditional pour-over methods. 

There are two playlists related to our encapsulated pour-over brewer, the Simple Smart Coffee Brewer (SSC Brewer). The first highlights design features and advantages of this brewer compared to other pour-over approaches. The second is a 'how to use' set of videos for the SSC Brewer.
