Epimelea · AI therapist

Slow readings from the existential school of psychotherapy: Irvin Yalom, Viktor Frankl, Rollo May, and the older idea of care of the self. Notes on the books, their key terms, and the published cases behind them. No voiceover and no advice.

The channel belongs to Epimelea, ongoing existential therapy with an AI therapist that remembers. The therapist is a language model. Only your password opens your records, and the archive exports as a folder of plain text files.
