English Research @SACE

Research Centre in English, St. Aloysius College, Elthuruth is a recognised research centre of the University of Calicut since 2014. The Centre encourages innovative research in language and literature in areas of contemporary interest to serve society.
The Centre organizes various academic activities on national and international levels to facilitate dissemination of knowledge and active discussions on relevant issues.
Along with workshops and talks, ever year, we organize an International Conference in collaboration with International NGOs and Web of Science Journals.
Chrysalis, a monthly lecture series organized by the Centre, is an online platform to bring in reputed senior academics for invited talks, and to provide a platform for young scholars to present their research. Through these conversations we hope to generate intellectual deliberations capable of enlightening and enriching research in humanities, language and literature.
