English John Costa Blanca

Most people planning a move to Spain get the order wrong. They find a property before sorting their visa. They sell their UK home before they've established Spanish tax residency. By the time they call me, it's already cost them.

I'm John, a relocation consultant based in Elche, Costa Blanca. I've spent years helping British and Irish retirees move to Spain safely, legally, and in the right sequence.

My videos cover the real risks — visa routes, tax positioning, NIE registration, healthcare, and choosing the right area before you commit. No hype. Just what you need to know to get it right.

When you're ready to plan your specific move properly, book a private consultation. We map your visa route, tax position, and property timeline — in the right order.
