I’m an endurance athlete, and I’ve lived with ulcerative colitis since 2009. In 2019, my condition became severe enough that surgery was a real possibility. Through medical treatment, including several years on immunosuppressant drugs, I avoided that outcome and in 2024 was told I was in deep remission.

This channel isn’t about cures, protocols, or medical advice.

It’s about lived experience — what it’s actually like to live with autoimmune disease over the long term. The physical side, the mental side, the trade-offs that come with treatment, and the uncertainty that never fully goes away. Where science and medicine matter, I defer to them. Where experience matters, I speak honestly.
