Encore Pilates and Wellness

Encore Pilates & Wellness is Darwin's original Pilates studio, teaching in Nightcliff since 2007.

These are short videos from inside the studio: clinical Pilates, reformer, tower and mat classes, and simple things to try at home when your hips ache at night or your neck and shoulders won't let go.

Most of the people we work with are over 40. Many have tried the gym or the physio and are still looking for something that lasts. There are two ways to start with us:

Clinical Pilates: begin with an Initial Assessment with one of our Clinical Pilates Therapists.
Group classes: reformer, tower and mat, 7 days a week. Start with the 21 Day Pilates Starter Pass.

These videos are general education, not medical advice. If you're in pain, talk to your GP or physio, or come and see our clinic team.
