Emotional Wellbeing with EmoAid

EmoAid is all about Emotions and their management. On an everyday basis, we experience a large number of emotions which we aren't even aware of most of the times. Not being present to not managing negative emotions appropriately might impact our overall mood, productivity and wellbeing. Through a series of these videos, we will be looking into how we can learn simple self-help techniques to manage our emotions by ourselves.
