Emma Gilligan

Hey lovely! I’m Emma, a women’s health & fitness coach and Geordie gal from Newcastle 🫶🏼

I’m here to help women get strong, feel confident & work WITH their bodies, not against them.

Expect chats about women’s health, hormones, training, nutrition, endometriosis and everything in between, alongside plenty of real life, routines, travel and behind the scenes ✨

After finally being diagnosed with endometriosis myself, I also share the realities of navigating symptoms, training, nutrition and everyday life with endo.
