Emily But Sober

Welcome to Emily But Sober 💫⚡️

Real life, recovery & figuring out who the hell I am without drink & drugs.

The good days, the shit days, sober humour, glow-ups and everything nobody really tells you about getting sober.

No preaching. No pretending I’ve got it all figured out. Just me sharing life on the other side — one day at a time.

If you’re sober, sober curious, in recovery, or just trying to change your life… you’re welcome here. 🤍

Recovery • Real life • No bullshit.
