I'm on a mission to help you awaken the healer within you.

We are a self-supported ministry, a faith-based organization recognized as a church for federal tax purposes under IRC Sec. 508(c)(1)(A). We believe that the sacred mushroom was placed on the earth for spiritual purposes.

As a Duke Trained Integrative Health Coach, Ordained Minister, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Trauma-Informed Guide, I'm uniquely equipped to help you re-pattern the imprint of trauma on your nervous system. 

We believe healing is a spiritual act, a little bit of mushrooms can go a long way, your breath is a tremendous gift, and you can heal yourself. 

The combination of microdosing + embodiment has changed my life, and the lives of those in my ministry, so I am bringing the information to you, and believing that a bigger healing is coming to this planet for all of us! 

The magic is in you. The microdose and the breath are just conduits. You are the medicine!
