Embers of Empowerment

Welcome to Embers of Empowerment Doula Services — I’m Noelle, a full-spectrum doula, fertility advocate, Advanced PAILAdvocate, childbirth educator, and perinatal mental health specialist. Here, we talk openly and honestly about fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infant feeding, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mental health, informed consent, advocacy, and everything in between.
Whether you are trying to conceive, preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, grieving a loss, or simply looking for trustworthy reproductive health education, you are welcome here.
Subscribe for educational videos, myth-busting, practical tips, honest conversations, and tools to help you advocate for yourself throughout your reproductive journey.
