Ellie Daniels

Hey everyone! I am a Certified Athletic Trainer (aka a sports medicine health care professional who prevents, evaluates, manages, and rehabilitates injuries, not a personal trainer) who created this channel to give the athletes that I work with workouts and other information to keep them moving and prevent injuries upon return to sport following COVID-19. My workouts are geared toward those who are in a pretty active lifestyle and will challenge you, but hopefully you'll find yourself as a better athlete because of it. I hope you like what I provide, and feel free to give me some feedback as we go along! Thanks for stopping by!
