About RotaZen

Calm, human shift scheduling for teams that run on hourly staff.

RotaZen is a shift scheduling and workforce management platform built for shift-based teams. It helps managers organize weekly shifts, track employee attendance, and handle leave, vacation, and shift-swap requests in one place. With RotaZen, you can create reusable weekly templates, apply them across teams and locations, and spot scheduling conflicts before they ever reach the roster.

The app is designed for small and growing businesses that rely on hourly staff — restaurants, retail stores, clinics, warehouses, and service teams — where getting the right person in the right place at the right time matters every single day. Managers get a clear calendar view, bulk assignment tools, and a built-in AI copilot to answer questions about their schedule, while employees benefit from transparent, up-to-date rosters and a simple, trackable request workflow.
