Life took me on an unexpected journey. After moving back to Germany, I faced one of the biggest challenges of my life..a serious illness that changed the way I looked at myself, health, and what truly matters.
During that time, I began writing, journaling, and slowly rebuilding my life. What started as a way to cope became the beginning of a new chapter.
Today, this channel is about healing, mindset, mindful living, healthy habits, nourishing food, and finding peace after difficult times.
I still love cooking and occasionally share recipes, but above all, I hope this is a place where you feel understood, encouraged, and never alone. If you're rebuilding your life after illness, burnout, loss, or simply searching for more balance, I'm happy you're here.
