Dr. Ringo Rajagopal is an entrepreneur, academic, and organizational strategist with over 36 years of experience building, leading, and advising organizations across India and the United States. A DBA graduate from LeBow College of Business, Drexel University, he teaches Entrepreneurial Leadership at IIM Calcutta and Organizational Behavior & HRM at MANAGE/NIAM. He is a Mentor-in-Residence at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and a Faculty and Jury member for the Tata Social Enterprise Challenge.

Through ELForum, Dr. Rajagopal brings together voices from academia and entrepreneurship for candid, thoughtful conversations on leadership, resilience, and the realities of building organizations.
