Elee Joven - Cultural Intelligence Speaker

My passion? Cultural Intelligence. As someone who has navigated life between Guam, the Philippines, California, and Nevada, I've experienced firsthand how cultural misunderstandings create barriers. I believe cultural intelligence isn't just for workplaces. It's a powerful tool for individuals to overcome implicit or systemic bias, and build connections.

100 years ago it was all about IQ. In the 90s, it was EQ. The future is for those ready to embrace CQ. - Elee Joven
