The Enterprise Europe Network East Marmara Consortium operates within the framework of the EU Single Market Programme, aiming to strengthen the innovation capacity of SMEs and support their access to international markets.

The consortium consists of KOSGEB Bursa Directorate (Project Coordinator), East Marmara ABIGEM, Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ULUTEK Technology Development Zone, Kocaeli University Technopark, Eskişehir Chamber of Industry, and Düzce University Industry and Business Cooperation Application and Research Center.
