Ed Scarlett-Watts

I am convener of We The People, a new political movement that aims to reunite our country and transform our system through the power of deliberative democracy.

Prior to this endeavour, I was an Oscar-nominated, BAFTA, Emmy, Cannes award winning filmmaker, specialising in documentaries that aimed to shed light on some of the darkest shadows of our world.

Follow the We The People journey on this channel as our team and (hopefully) more and more of you unite to face our political emergency – and try to turn things around before it’s too late.

Expect:
- The adventure of trying to initiate a peaceful revolution in the name of all the people of these isles.
- Analysis that you won’t find anywhere else of the deeper trends driving the crisis in our politics and society.
- Sharing ways in which we can all be part of the change we wish to see in the world.
- The presentation of ideas that could genuinely transform our country – and your life.
- Maybe the odd film review thrown in too!
