Ecuador Coast Real Estate

Welcome to Ecuador Coast Real Estate! 🌴
I’m Julie, an American Real Estate agent who moved from Ohio to Ecuador in 2024. Gabriel, is a lifelong Ecuadorian real estate agent and owns two businesses.
Together, we’re helping people discover what it’s really like to live, invest, buy, and sell property on the Ecuadorian coast.

You’ll also get our two perspectives—an American who made the move and an Ecuadorian who knows the coast firsthand.
