Award winning farm distillery crafting premium Irish whiskey, gin and poitín from field to glass just one hour from Belfast. The first new distillery in Northern Ireland for more than 125 years. Home of Dunville's Irish Whiskey, Weavers Gin, Echlinville Gin, Jawbox Gin, Old Comber Whiskey, Matt D'Arcy Whiskey and Bán Poitín. All our new make spirit is distilled from barley sown, grown, harvested and floor malted by hand on our distillery farm.
