Eat Like It's 1965

A Voice for Those Who Knew Something Was Wrong.
What if the nutrition advice we were given for decades was actually making us sicker?

After years of following the “eat all day” lifestyle, I realized something wasn’t working. That realization led me to real food, Keto, Ketovore, and finally to the Carnivore-style of eating — and it began transforming my health.

Here I share hearty & healthy recipes.... simple low-carb comfort food made with real ingredients.

You’ll also find honest & real-life conversations about all things Health !

My name is Becky and I'm 61 years old. I've been on this Journey to reclaim my health AND my life.... since 2020.
Thank you so much for joining me here!
