Eastmark, a 3200-acre community built by DMB, created with the idea that a community means connecting. Connecting with families and friends, innovators and industry, entrepreneurs and artists, educators and students.
Everything about Eastmark is being designed to foster connection.
• Places to gather are around every corner and vary from the urban to the intimate.
• Places to work, create and innovate are incorporated into the fabric of the community itself.
• Places to recreate, rejuvenate and relax will all be within easy reach.
With tree-lined roads and sidewalks, walking and biking pathways are inviting, connecting neighborhood to neighborhood, neighbor with neighbor. Neighborhoods intersect with civic areas so residents also intersect—and interact—with each other.
