dutchhrbestie

Hi, I’m Kirsten, your Dutch HR Bestie on the internet. 👋 I help internationals understand how work actually works in the Netherlands.

From Dutch work culture and confusing HR processes to job searching, contracts, salary conversations, managers, sick leave and all those very Dutch workplace habits nobody explained before.

I’ve worked on the HR side of the table, so on this channel I’ll explain not just what the rules say, but what they can actually mean in real Dutch workplaces. Expect videos about:
• Working in the Netherlands
• Dutch HR & workplace culture
• Finding a job in the Netherlands
• CVs, LinkedIn & interviews
• Salaries, benefits & employment conditions
• Managers, HR conversations & career decisions
• Corporate Dutch nobody warned you about

Because sometimes you don’t need another Google search. You need someone to tell you what the hell is actually going on.
