David Locicero | architect is a San Francisco Bay Area boutique architectural studio specializing in helping you transform your problem house into your dream home.

I specialize in residential remodeling and additions projects, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), in-law units and in-law legalization projects, and new homes. I primarily work in Berkeley, Daly City, Emeryville, Oakland, and San Francisco, and will consider other Bay Area cities.

The videos posted are primarily either informational and educational about the architectural process, or images of projects in progress and completed.

I also own a vintage Rolls-Royce (1986 Silver Spur). Buying the car was a childhood dream come true, and I also will be sharing what it's like to own such an audacious, pretentious, and fabulous vehicle.
