Dr Roberta Babb | Psychology for Living

This channel is for curious minds & offers psychologically informed everyday reflections.

Dr Roberta Babb is a Registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC), Registered Forensic Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (BPS & TSP), Certified Principle Business Psychologist (ABP), & Media Psychologist.

I focus on helping people make sense of inner experiences & the wider social, cultural, and relational worlds we inhabit. Content is intended for the general public & explores psychology as it is lived and felt in real life.

This is not a therapy channel & does not provide mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a reflective and educational space & not a substitute for professional psychological support. If you are experiencing significant distress, please consider seeking support from a qualified professional or an appropriate support service.

Thoughtful discussion in the comments is welcome.
