Notes of Soul

This channel contains my compositions and guided meditations. They are created with much love and surrender. Each one is different in tone and transition; designed to embrace what is, with acceptance and love. The music and words are inspired by Gaia herself.

Prior to composing, I sit in silence. Listening to what is present.

From the silence comes sound and words that I weave together and bring to you.

Soul notes touches places both known and unknown. Allow your self to flow with the music and lyrics and discover the richness of being human.

Let us journey together.
