Dr. Pauline Lucas

Hi, I'm Pauline Lucas, and the purpose of my YouTube channel is to share resources to support my viewers with creating optimal health and wellbeing. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Women's Health Certified Specialist, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor, and Yoga Therapist (and a bit of an overachiever) with over 30 years experience in the health and wellness industry, I love sharing information that is practical, based on good science as well as personal experience.
I practice Physical Therapy at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona and provide Mindfulness Training, Women's Health Coaching, and private Yoga Therapy through my business Phoenix Yoga and Meditation, L.L.C. Please note that all views expressed on this site are my own.

Thank you so much for subscribing to my channel. I hope you find it informative, inspiring, and entertaining.
