Insipirations with Dr. Irina

Life can feel like a whirlwind when you’re juggling the needs of your aging parents, raising children, and building your career, all at the same time. As an immigrant from Ukraine who came to America over 30 years ago, I’ve walked this challenging path firsthand. I built my life from the ground up, becoming a nurse, a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur, a Nurse Practitioner, and ultimately earning my Doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins University, one of the most prestigious nursing schools in the world.

In this channel, I’ll share insights from my books, which are dedicated to helping others in the Sandwich Generation not just survive but to thrive. You’ll find tips on managing emotional pressures, setting boundaries, practicing self-care, how to use AI to help with caregiving, and finding meaning even in life’s busiest seasons. If you’re in the "eye of the hurricane" like I was, this is your space for support, encouragement, and inspiration. Let’s navigate this journey together.
