Hello! I am Dr. Faith Schumann a chiropractor & educator who geeks out on health, wellness & nutrition. My passion is to teach you how to gain back health. I believe one of the greatest freedoms we have is optimal health. With it you can do so much & leave behind burden & stressors for you & your family. 

Over 15 years ago I was diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune disease (Multiple Sclerosis). Instead of going the traditional medical route I dedicated myself to learning all I could about health & wellness to heal myself. I’m so excited to share I have been healed from that disease over 10 years ago &  have not looked back! By watching my videos you will gain amazing information to have tools/steps to help yourself along your own health journey.
