Being refreshed in the morning means having energy to things you love!

Breathing properly during sleep is the key to having energy and the best health possible. Sleep occurs in cycles and stages that need to progress through the night for optimal health. Interruptions from not breathing properly or decreased oxygen cause many day time health effects.

There are little know health effects of proper breathing during sleep which include better mood, appetite/ weight control, improved hormone function, better ability to handle stress (less anxiety), increased cognitive function/ attention, less inflammation. The more obvious cardiovascular effects are decreased risk of stroke, heart attack, atrial fibrillation, and blood pressure.

Sleep varies each night, no two nights are ever the same. It is dependent on what happened during the day with consumption and timing of alcohol, caffeine, shiftwork, exercise, type of food, stress, exposure to light, screen time, medications, ad more.
