Dovgan Dance

I love dancing and it is everywhere in my life. I would like to share with you everything about dance and everything that is related to dance. Like sports injuries, mental struggles, workouts, warmups, exercises, ballroom technique, exercise challenges, how to choreograph and teach, reviews on popular dance shows and even dancing with my friends, family and my cute Samoyed puppies Frosty and Mochi!
