Chasing Trout in the Southern Appalachians

Fly fishing the mountain creeks and tailwaters of East Tennessee and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park — trout, tight lines, and the stories that come with them.

New videos on flies, techniques, and rigs that actually work up here, reading pocket water, casting in tight cover, and where the trout are holding season to season — from the Great Smokies down to the little blue lines in between. Part how-to, part come-fish-with-me.
