Dormer Days Consulting

Welcome to Dormer Days Consulting.

The name came from my teams. The Dormer Days were the eras people still talk about years later — when work was fun, structured, and worth remembering. I'm Tracy Dormer, and I started Dormer Days Consulting to help other leaders build that same feeling, on purpose.

For two decades I've built teams across Canada, the US, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East — greenfield builds from empty fields, camp and remote workforce operations, and turnarounds.

What we do:
• Senior HR leadership
• Workforce strategy & growth
• Camp & remote workforce operations
• Culture & leadership
• HR technology
• Total rewards

Our mission: make every workplace feel like the Dormer Days.
Our vision: a world where nobody dreads Monday.
