Dont Tell My Parents Allison Ochs and Serene Xefos

Your kids are growing up online. You don't have to figure it out alone.

Don't Tell My Parents is a weekly podcast for parents and educators trying to keep up with what's really happening in kids' digital lives. Hosted by Allison Ochs, a social worker and digital wellbeing expert who has spent over 20 years working with young people, families and schools around the world, and Serene Xefos, a mom of two tweens navigating it all in real time.

Each episode, the expert and the mom dig into the questions parents are actually asking: when to give a phone, what's going on in group chats, AI, online safety, and how to hold the line when your kid pushes back. It's honest, practical and never preachy, grounded in research and in what Allison sees every day in schools.

Want to hear it from the kids' side? Check out our sister shows, Dear Tween and Dear Teen, where tweens and teens get the real answers too.
