To view new videos, please email yogaforallhealth@gmail.com. Yoga, breathing, gentle movement, relaxation, meditation -- these can help us tune inside and find inner stillness in the midst of the confusion of this challenging time. I am a certified yoga therapist as well as a yoga teacher and I am passionate about helping people find their inner strength through the practice of yoga. I invite you to join me in a brief brief breathing session or a longer class. It is my intention that you will learn how to relax your nervous system and release stress in your body as you still your mind. Come and enjoy a yoga pause.
