Naija Taken Apart

Dedoc is Coded spelled backwards. Lytical is analytical with the front taken off.

An organisation is coded. So is a country, and so is a decision. The work people actually do, the queues nobody planned, the reason a good hospital still has a bad night. None of it is written down in the form it really takes.

This channel reads it back, and keeps reading until the repair is obvious.

Every piece is built with an instrument: a rubric, a benchmark, a scorecard. They are not published, but they exist, and if one would be useful to you, ask.

I am Vincent Chido King, known as Don Lytical Dedoc, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt working in the UK. Lean Six Sigma is the method here rather than the subject. Every figure carries its basis, and where a number is a judgement rather than a measurement, it says so.
