The Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte is a family winery located in the South of France which has been producing since 2001 AOP Minervois Red wines in IGP Pays d'Oc Red, White and Rosé. Since 2019 our oenotouristic activity is in progress with the renting of our reception room and our 4 cottages of charm and great comfort. In 2021 a swimming pool will relax our customers. A pleasant place close to the Canal du Midi, Unesco World Heritage, 18km from Narbonne, 24Km from the Cathar City of Minerve and on the villages of Sallèles d'Aude and Mirepeisset.
