Dolores Rovina

Hi, I’m glad you’re here! 🤎 I’m Dolores, a holistic psychological counselor in training and I create videos to help you bring more clarity and self-acceptance into your life.

So if you struggle to find your unique way in life or you just need some practical advice to get back on track - you are in the right place.

This channel is all about:

🪴Discovering your deepest desires
🪴Accepting the unique and beautiful human being that you are
🪴Sustainable behavioral change through everyday mindfulness
🪴Letting go of everything that is not serving you
🪴Getting crystal clear on your purpose in life

If that sounds interesting to you consider subscribing and turn the notifications on so you don't miss the magic that could potentially change your life 💫

My channel is a good representation of my way to figure out what my unique purpose is and what brings me the most joy. That's why you'll find older videos on different topics and in a different language.
