Dogs are the Best Friends

Starting over after 50? You’re in the right place.

I’m Emily, and I’m building a peaceful, meaningful life one brave step at a time.

Here we talk about starting over at 50+, finding purpose in a new season, learning to trust yourself again, letting go of what no longer fits, and having the courage to build a life that feels like yours.

My Christian faith is at the heart of it all, along with real-life lessons from simple living, solo travel, life with my Border Collie Flynn, and creating a new chapter from the ground up.

If you’re rebuilding, rediscovering yourself, or wondering what comes next, I’d love to have you here.

One Brave Step at a Time.
