DoctorGao_PT

Hello Youtube friends,

You can call me Shimeng ( sh-mung). I grew up in my mom's yoga studio in China and always have been exploring new ways to talk and connect to my body. I then pursued my doctor degree in physical therapy in Los Angeles striving to connect western rehabilitation science to eastern yogic healing power.

I share pelvic health, low back and hip related physical therapy exercises and yoga practice on this channel. Feel free to comment under my videos and connect with me personally on my IG @doctorgao_pt.

Enjoy your rehab journey~
