He's an MD and board-certified dermatologist with several years experience as a Visiting Scientist in Immunology Research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and he also has been using supplements, herbs, and other complementary treatments for over two decades. His goal is to educate the public on how to think about skincare in a whole new way--that the skin is a barometer on the health of the entire body. He believes in treating the whole person naturally and scientifically--not just covering up the skin problem or symptom with a pill or a cream. Many patients experience more energy, better metabolism, improved mood, and weight loss, among other positive "side-effects" of treatment.
