I am a Physical Therapist and board certified orthopedic specialist that has spent most of my career helping military athletes and first repsonders stay healthy and injury free.  In the online space, I also enjoy working with adult athletes from a variety of other backgrounds. 

My goal is to provide you honest advice on how to use movement and exercise to navigate pain and injury and also maintain peak performance. No gimmicky fads and other non-sense. 

I firmly believe that the most important piece of injury rehab is learning about your body, learning how to take control, and giving you the knowledge and tools to help yourself.
