DNU Disabled Not Unable

My name is Katie and I’ll be your Disabled Not Unable Personal Trainer and Life Coach.

A healthy active lifestyle used to be reserved for those who were physically and often financially able to have one, however I believe that every one of us despite our ailments or social status, should have the opportunity to live well with whatever state of health we may be in.

It is because of this belief that I am offering my expertise to all who need it, with a request of small monthly donation from you if you think my content holds value, in order to sustain what I am trying to do.

Some of us are unable to leave our homes. Some of us are unable to leave our beds. Some of us are financially unable to join a gym. Some of us have just lost all hope.

DNU offers manageable and adapted fitness moves that can be done in your own home to improve overall wellness.

Together we can all realise that just because we are DISABLED, doesn’t mean we are UNABLE.
